Shifting Your Mental State Day & Night

This November, we were joined by Journey instructor, Linda Souders, for a 60-minute session on relaxation and prioritizing a healthy mental state. Members learned about techniques to help ease their minds throughout the day through gratitude work. Linda explained best practices to help us feel more at ease which will help induce a better night's sleep. The group also had the opportunity to participate in a guided meditation.
